Refunds and Cancellations

Once we receive your payment it is automatically forwarded to Italy therefore nonrefundable. In the event of an unfortunate change of plans the reservation may be transferrable, but this is not a guarantee and will most likely incur fees. Please inform us at once, so we may do our best to accommodate you. Any payments made after the deadlines are also non refundable. Unfortunately, no exceptions or transfers can be made.
